2 Common Mistakes that are Holding You Back from Your DREAMS

What holds people back from living the life of their dreams, and HOW do I know this?

ME!

I have been there and I have gotten through it, and I am doing it everyday!

What is it you are wanting?

More money? Your own business? To be healthy?

Maybe you want better health, you want more money, you want to live the life of your dreams…

No matter what you try, it doesn’t seem to happen. Whether you haven’t started or you feel like your dreams are just barely out of your grasp, I can help!

First of all, congratulate yourself for having a vision outside of your life! Most people are stuck  in a rat race. We are programmed in our daily lives to be habitual. If this resonates with you, keep reading!

The first mistake people make is they focus on what they DON’T want.

For example, you want better health or more money in your bank account. The bills come in, you don’t have the money to pay them. You wake up feeling sick, you think you cannot get out of bed…what are you focusing on?

You are focusing on what you DON’T want!

There is nothing wrong with you, this is how we are programmed and conditioned to think. When I was sick, that was ALL I could think about. I wanted to feel better, but I kept focusing on how it was not happening. When you focus on what you don’t want, guess what happens? That’s where your attention goes! I invite you to think about this…I will give you the steps you need to refocus your attention.

The second mistake most people make is they do not invest in themselves.

How many times have you told yourself “When I have the money, I will do this…” “When I have better health I will go for a hike…” “When I have this or that, I will do this…” That used to be me too. I used to say, “When I have the money, I will invest in that program.”

I’m not saying to keep spending money on things, there are tons of free resources out there. BUT, taking the next step requires COMMITMENT! When you pay for something it brings that level of commitment. The way you are supported by the universe is when you TAKE that first step!

Remember, not investing in yourself is the second mistake most people make.  This is not a judgment on you, this is human conditioning, this is how we are programmed to live everyday.

So, how do you shift out of it?

First, celebrate the fact that you have a bigger vision.

Second, acknowledge where your attention is focused now, and be open to refocusing your attention.

If you have Young Living Essential Oils and have the oil called Release, use it to release those negative emotions. Release helps with releasing those limiting beliefs and difficult emotions you have. I love putting release on my brain stem, on my heart, and I take a deep breath of it. I apply it and I set the intention.

Every one of us have been put on this Earth for a REASON. Whatever you believe in (God, the universe…) it wants you to have that dream be fulfilled. Use Release, acknowledge the fact that you are focusing on what you don’t want.

Get on your knees and ASK for what you want.

Sit down and write down what you really want.

Say you have the health, the money…how would you feel? Most often you would feel a sense of freedom. It’s not the money, money is the energy.

 

 

 

 

 

I love oils like Envision. Oils have a vibrational component that match the name of the oil. I use oils a lot for emotions. Even if you don’t have oils you can still do this.

Invest in yourself. Go find a practitioner – a trainer, a gym, an acupuncturist, a chiropractor…find programs that will help push you towards the goals you desire. Even if you can’t invest money at this time, YouTube has amazing videos!
