Anxiety, Depression, Lack of Energy, Digestive Issues – Gut Health Baby!!!!

“All diseases begin in the gut” ~ Hippocrates

Ever felt nauseous before a presentation? Butterflies before going on a date? These terms exist for a reason. The GI tract is sensitive to emotions.

My autoimmune disease, which was gut related largely, was triggered due to stress and unprocessed emotions. Your brain, emotions and digestive system all are intricately connected.

So, what can you do about it??? Work on your gut…. How? Eating a diet rich in probiotic rich foods and keeping stress at bay are two things you can do.

I was at a local brewery for a mom business meeting and I saw that they had kombucha on tap!!!! It’s not a fad, it’s actually good for you. Make sure to include fermented food rich in probiotics like Kimchi (fermented veggies) in your diet.

Finding a good probiotic is also important for the whole family. My favorite one for adults is Life 9. It has super charged probiotic strains . My husband and I take it every night.

For children, Young Living’s Mightypro is the best. It is a prebiotic / probiotic blend that is just what young children need. It is setting their tender bodies and mind to function optimally, and it is one of the best on the market!

Let me know, what probiotic rich foods do you like?
